Custom Itinerary Planning
We take pride in planning well for our own trips so that we can get the most out of the short time we are in each location. We cater to interests, find the best places to eat and stay so we never miss out on the best experiences.
So we didn’t want to keep this just for ourselves but wanted to offer our planning services to you also!
Our Custom Itinerary planning has been something we have worked on for the past few weeks so we can bring the best value to you, the traveller, when going on your exciting adventure.
For this, we have split the planning into 3 key offerings depending on the length and type of trip.
Basic Itinerary Planner
This is for the short-term traveller that has booked an exciting getaway, and is looking to fill up their itinerary which aligns to their interests in said location (less than 2 weeks).
The benefits of this package would be an initial form which will detail your travel plans including destination, length of stay, interests, and when you are looking to travel. This information will help us understand your personality more, and help us do some prior research before meeting for a 10 – 20 minute call.
The call will be to learn more intricate details about you, and what you want to get from you experience on this trip. Here we will learn about your preferences so we can tailor and create the best itinerary for you in anticipation for your travels.
After the meeting we will use all the information gathered on the filled out form and the meeting to create the perfect itinerary full of experiences that you cannot miss out on when visiting your chosen location. Find the Basic package here.
Standard Itinerary Planner
This is perfect for someone looking to travel for longer than a traditional trip of 1 – 2 weeks (up to 1 month).
As with the Basic package, a google form will be sent which details the necessary information but also more personal questions to understand more about your interests and budgeting options for this trip. We will also look to provide some of the best places to stay in the locations provided, and a planned route to travel between locations if that is desired.
We will take into consideration your budget so that we can find activities, stays and transport to keep within budget if you are looking to keep costs low. Or provide you with luxury opportunities if that is what you desire.
After the form, we will have scheduled a 40 minute call with you to discuss your travel plans and understand how we can best tailor the itinerary to your interests, budget, and timeframe including each location you want to explore.
The itinerary planner will be limited to 5 destinations across the trip with an option to discuss more on the call.
Each location will have an in-depth layout of activities, transports and places to stay (with links to the sites) which will include costs for easy viewing. The itinerary is a great benchmark ready for your exciting travels so you don’t miss out on some amazing experiences on your travels. Find the Standard package here.
Luxury Itinerary Planner
The Luxury Itinerary Planner is for those determined long-term travellers who are ready to have an experience of a lifetime!! The luxury planner is so you can get a custom itinerary for trip that spans multiple countries and many locations without having to lift a finger!
For the luxury planner, we will provide you with our most in-depth form which will give us the most information to understand EVERYTHING you want for your long-term travels. This will include budgeting, locations, flexibility, hobbies and interests, booking preferences and a whole lot more!
Here we want to become best friends and understand everything you love about travel, so you can come back from your trip with more memories than you can imagine!
We will have up to a 60 minute call to discuss and get to know you further, before getting to work and creating the perfect itinerary for your multi-country travel.
We understand that a trip for longer than a month is rare for many people, so cutting corners is definitely not an option as we will create a fully bespoke, in-depth itinerary. The meeting will answer any questions we may have for designing the custom itinerary so you will have an unforgettable experience
As it is the luxury package, we will do heavy research into each locations transport, places to stay, activities and even the best spots to eat. Whether you want instagrammable food spots, the best local flavours or to dine like a king or queen, we will cater the itinerary to your desires and even provide average costs so there are no hidden costs for you when travelling.

Our Top Traveller’s Essentials
Backpack – Osprey Farpoint 40 – This backpack is a staple amongst many travellers! Being a lot cheaper than the luxury brands, this is a quality backpack from a well known brand. It boasts quality durability, is lightweight with a great framework and is a great option for most people! This backpack has a hip strap to help carry the bag, a breathable harness strap, and comes in multiple colours!
Compression Packing Cubes – Compression cubes are our favourite packing accessory! These cubes are similar to the normal packing cubes, but feature a compression zip, meaning you can compress your clothes down… this makes packing easier, limits the space you are using, and means more room for souvenirs etc!
Powerbank – Don’t lose power when travelling! It isn’t always guaranteed to find charging ports, so we would always suggest carrying a spare power bank, just incase you do run low on power when you need it!
Universal Travel Plug Adapter – Most backpackers/travellers visit multiple countries during one trip. And that means it isn’t guaranteed you will be using the same plug head during each place.
